Nice to meet you!

I also own a wedding planning business. This is a shot of me on a job. The whole point of me wearing black was to stay in the background, My event planner friend is also a photographer and caught me doing what I love: crossing things off my list.

I am a planner by nature. But, I have learned to hold things loosely. Especially at a wedding.

The Gulf Coast is where I live, otherwise known as L.A., or Lower Alabama. I’ve seen a lot of changes in this little town as it has evolved. I live with my two rescue dogs, Moses and Tater. Tater was his given name and I tried to change it, but he wouldn’t come. I guess he showed me. Moses earned his name by chewing up my Bible as a puppy. I was conflicted and couldn’t discipline, because he was in the Word, after all. They are affectionately called MoMo and Tay-Tay, so don’t judge if you hear me calling for them.
